Daniel Munoz obtained his undergraduate degree from Fordham University and his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law. While at Fordham University, Daniel was a four-year member of the Division 1 water polo program. During law school, Daniel volunteered for the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic for the Legal Services of North Florida in Tallahassee, Florida, where he assisted clients in obtaining relief from the Internal Revenue Service. Prior to beginning his career as a Workers' Compensation applicant attorney, Daniel worked for a boutique business litigation firm in Orlando, Florida as their Summer Associate on cases ranging from redistricting to banking law. He also worked for an estate planning and real estate litigation firm in Newport Beach. He now devotes 100% of his practice to litigation for Leviton, Diaz & Ginocchio.
