To aid in our pursuit of advocacy, we have an extremely skilled and robust support staff. Each lawyer has at least one legal assistant, ensuring that you will never reach a voice mail recording — we are always in touch.

We are well-known as being aggressive because of our willingness to take on appeals. While some attorneys just take the easy cases, we take on any case that has merit and are willing to take them to trial.

Members of our firm also serve on panels for trade unions and professional athlete unions.

Our Santa Ana office is centrally located next to the Main Place Mall, easily accessible by freeways 5, 22 and 57. Our Bakersfield office is conveniently located next to the workers’ comp appeals board.

Our general office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. After-hours, off-site and weekend meetings are available by appointment.

We take every case on contingency and never collect any fees unless we obtain the benefits you deserve.
